Had an issue with my AmeriDeck lift. Reached out to Monica to see if it was still under warranty. She said yes. Despite them not being able to get to me right away, the TP Trailer team got me in ASAP. Once I arrived, they took my truck into the back to look at it immediately, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They then proceeded to work on it and got it fixed within a few hours and got me out of there. I am super grateful for the courteous, rapid, and professional service I experience with this company!
